Let's hook up in Chicago Dec. 20 - 22.

I will be in Chicago this upcoming weekend (December 20 - 22) so if anybody in the area wants to meet up for a drink or whatever, post in this thread or send me a PM, or call or text me at 407-230-9956.

Many years ago I met a group from this site at a local Chicago restaurant and we had a blast. We went to a BBQ restaurant if I remember correctly. All I recall is that everybody had bibs on and we were all intoxicated. :D I think there's still a picture of that night floating around here somewhere.

We have a Christmas party to attend on Saturday night, but aside from that, we will be arriving Friday afternoon and coming back on Monday morning. There's a good chance I will be lit up on Bourbon for most of that time, so you've been pre-warned. :eek:

I've been to Chicago a few times, but certainly not enough to know where anything is in relation to where I'm staying, which is at the Trump Hotel, just FYI. Translation: you'll probably need to come to me or just pick a place somewhere somewhat close by that I can conveniently get to, or of course you could always arrange for your limo driver to pick me up. :)

Coming from Florida, I have virtually no winter clothes.... like maybe a couple of long sleeve shirts and a pair of pants (I think).... so this should be interesting. :D

I was there. Carson's Ribs. I remember that night well. And yes, there is a picture floating around from that night. Pabst and those hot pink pants he had on. I'll never forget that. Poor guy will never live that down. I'm no longer in Chicago or would love to grab that drink. Hopefully Nitro or some of the Chicago crew will come out.

I had an awesome time chatting with Nitro last night. Xandman and myself are meeting up at 4PM on Sunday at the Trump Lounge Bar, so if anybody else can join us, do it!
 
I had a great time drinking whiskey with Xandman and chatting about trading and life. Can't wait until next time!

I also went to the AMP Futures Christmas party, which is always a great event. The dress code this year was gangster for the guys and flapper dresses for the girls. Here's the wife and I:

One of my goals for this year is to meet more members in person. So be on the lookout for future threads regarding meetups in other cities.
