The weblink that I posted came from an article in the Wall Street Journal, ( the op-ed page ), a fact that you chose to "blindly" ignore because you are so absurdly stupid. The article had nothing to do with UCB.

I simply mentioned that the government had a procedure in place for shooting commercial airliners out of the sky. If that is war, than so be it. But to say that Iraq was behind al-Qaida is more than a stretch, at best!
Oh, I'm still waiting for your factual evidence that Iraq supported the terrorist group, al-Qaida. Please feel free to inform us of all of the "documented' connections between the two.
