This is only true if you take liquidity on BATS-Y, if the stock has no shares offered there and BATS-Y reroute you to other exchanges/ECN, you will pay the standard .003ish regarless of where the order goes to

It means it isn't truely cheap as it looks like,right?
Actually,I consider filling more than cheap.
