Except in Amsterdam you may meet lots of "empowered" women who are trying to make the most of their "assets" while in the places where it's illegal there is human trafficking, slavery and other illicit activities on a large scale. Same as with weed. Where it is legal interested customers are confident it's a quality product from sale of which taxes are paid and no turkeys are harmed in its production. Where it's illegal weed can be flavoured with unspecified chemicals to "amplify" its effect and there is all sorts of criminal activity going around.
