I've been putting up with Ricter's dumb ass since 2004.
He's a drunk a liar and a troll with no interest in the site's main theme, hence he does not really belong here.
That said, even I don't see adequate reason for banning him.

It's a message board, not the CIA.

It would be an enhanced message board, and pretty transparently so at that. A user could leave their setting at the default or play with it by changing it up or down... At the default setting new users wouldn't be subject to all the stupidity/insanity from the worst of the worst, say the worst 2 percentile or something like that. They could change their settings to see what it is like but they would be spared a lot of stuff that is insulting to their sensibilities/intellects. Maybe more would stick around.

An example is: you're throwing a party, you want people to have a great time. Some derelict comes in, smells like he krapped his pants, and not even today.. insults half the people and lies to the other half. Do you accomodate him ever so hospitably or do you escort him to the back yard and let him entertain the dogs?

But have you considered that just like *in here*, outside in real life most people consider you to be a loser as well.
