Ivermectin is not “out of patent”. The drug has over a dozen U.S. patents and over 100 international patents still in effect. Merck still makes licensing fees from the dozen or so licensed manufacturers worldwide. I have outlined all of this previously in detail.

Ivermectin is not “out of patent”...

Ivermectin is available in generic form in the US. This means the patent has expired. You can have a valid patent for only so long in the US. Up to 21 years IIRC after two previous renewals at 7 years a pop.
