Don’t make me start pulling up all the reports of teenagers who have died from the vaccine.
In proper peer reviewed studies in legitimate medical journals the names of the reviewers are listed or the name of the peer review group (from which individual names can be ascertained) are listed. The words “externally peer reviewed” mean nothing — except that it never was properly peer reviewed in any manner.

if a medical journal says something is peer reviewed - that’s enough for me.
In the case of ivmmeta - that’s 44 of the 63 posted studies are peer reviewed.
Meantime please post your source for the 12 people who have died from the covid vaccine. Usually such lies require sources.
An "Open Access" website where anyone can send in paper is not a respected medical journal. Learn the difference. Even you can send in a paper to this website (note they probably charge a fee to be "published").
