Anyone thinking we are going to run to new highs had better look back at the election cycle. After a new Prez comes into office the markets pretty much tread water for the first year sometimes two.

I highly doubt with oil and tight credit and housing and the tapped out consumer we will be range bound for quite a while. You can make money in trading ranges for sure.

We have been in a trading range all month 11300-11800 on the Dow
