yeah I got the last NYSE price at $31 friday closing price.....then opened around $3.50 following monday.

These guys have seen what happened to their cousins BSC. They will try do go private again.What for PE funded MBO ....if it isn't to late as they may not be alive in the morning.
 
well i hope it turns out to be good because i am long as fuck various stocks from right near the close. we will see if it works out. i was feeling good after the fdx and txn but of course it is never that easy :p

They don't give them a choice. Can't raise money, don't meet net cap requirements, you come back from lunch, and there they are.
