If it's a $2billion deal and LEH has a float of 664m... that means $3/share. That can't be right, there is no way I am coming in tomorrow up $20,000+...
can someone who understands this better than me explain?
this is money to the bondholders, leh needs to pay them first before you get some. if they dont pay them in full they will dillute you. the stock might go up however
