I wanted to post this earlier; but I didn't want to be the first mouse.
In light of the above, however, I have a bridge to sell anyone that believes that the company hosting their algo (or any other intellectual property)--where they have to process data through that algo, doesn't have unencrypted access to that algo.
So ponder this. If...supposedly...90% of traders are losers, why are we looking for chatrooms that produce the 10% of winners?
Wouldn't it make more sense to monitor the 90% of losers and fade them? Takes some balls but we're just looking for an edge and
what better edge then a 90% rate. I was a member of the CME for 20 years, which was one big chatroom, and I had learned that most
of my fellow traders opinions were wrong. There were certain traders that I spoke to daily, only because they were terrific fades. Well meaning, hard
working students of the markets, but consistently wrong. Shit I know I was a major fade. In fact I learned to fade myself. Lol..

It is not that easy to find consistent traders, winners or losers. A losing trader will have winning periods when your fading trades would lose a lot...

A topic not often discussed in financial forums, but I feel compelled to write about the haters and online trolls that take pleasure (and even profit) from writing negative reviews about very legitimate and profitable trading firms.
Allow me to introduce Emmett Moore. This fine gentleman was busted by the FBI and CFTC for stealing his clients money. After doing time in prison, he now operates a website criticizing trading firms, usually without any proof or evidence. What is his true motivation? He writes negative reviews about otherwise successful and legitimate trading firms and then accepts money to reverse his review. Isn't this guy a piece of work?
As someone wrote: "That's like Adolf Hitler speaking out against hate crimes."
