We put all these blood-sucking lawyers to Good Work. They get paid a shit-load. Case-law is made. Tyrannical laws get overturned. The Government and Congress get exposed for the corrupt, Freedom-hating schills they are. The People get their Constitution back, and we get LESS Government!!

This can happen through Grand Juries and Jury Trials. Forget the Supreme Court. They're a bunch of Big Government Whores.

Obama has postponed his Asian trip to work on passage of the health care reform bill. Passage must be imminent for him to do this. Then we'll let the Supreme Court judge its constitutionality: if they even give it an ear.

Is it a perfect bill: absolutely not. It doesn't include universal, nationalized health care and it continues the existing system of relying on employers and insurance companies to reduce care. When employers and insurance companies are removed from the equation we can move forward with REAL reform.

Hopefully this bill will drive up rates, due to requiring pre-existing conditions be covered, and the outrage over the rate increases will spur real reform.
