Just wait until next spring/summer when the campaign is in full swing and we see armies of very angry and militant teenagers storming through every major city. The cultists driving this know that children are easily manipulated, very impulsive, and will act out violently when confronted. Mass extinction is upon us, the planet must be saved, and anything goes under those circumstances. How does a police force, or anyone else deal with that without appearing to be overly aggressive towards "the children"? The stage is being set for this confrontation.
