They should also establish term limits in Congress!
In a more enlightened age, one could make the argument that a second term POTUS would be more beholden to voters with term #3 in mind. Today however, many voters see politics as some sort of game and they are routing for their team. Most voters (IMO) have only the barest knowledge of the names of any issues. Heck, even if obamacare turned out just as bad as the most fevered right winger predicted, The One would still claim 90% of the black vote and darn near half the country.
Now if we had tests to determine voter eligibility. . . .even really simple ones straight from the body of the Constitution like how long are US Senate terms and what are the three branches of government. . . well that might help. `Course the left would scream themselves horse with cries of racism.

They don't need to end limits. If voters like what Obama's doing, they can elect Hillary. She and Obama are really the same...steeped in Alynsky power hungry ideologues. They can have two terms of her on top of two terms of him. Thatâs 4 terms. That should be enough to fundamentally transform what's left of this country into Utopia.
They should but they won't. At least not until a significant majority of voters demand it. Considering at least half the voters are either parasites or their bleeding heart liberal cheer leaders. It's not going to happen.
And I'm of the opinion congressional term limits have the potential to kick start a new era of greatness for this once great nation.
I've never really understood what qualified Hillary Clinton to be president. Aside from fucking Bill Clinton and an empty term or two as a senator what has this woman done besides crooked real-estate deals and shady commodities transactions?
Her tenure at state was a pretty clear disaster. Now people want Hillary to run the country?
