I'm okay with private education and school vouchers because as I hear it pubic schools are not educating children anyway.

Quite simply the failure of this "reform" here in the US will still enable Canadians to circumvent their disaster.

Is that your only comeback when a spectator makes an observation? Is that all you got? To answer your question, it actually does have an indirect bearing. However, my participation in this forum has more to do with entertainment value. Also, engaging in exchanges with the likes of you makes me feel smarter than I am. I suppose I should be thankful.
