You know what? I apologize for my remark...I thought you were the sales person from Neovest whom i've known for ahwile and was pokign fun at him ...sorry Felichka...I thought you were kaisersose.
 
I reckon you mean Kizersoesa (Joseph L. Gresia ). I had very bad experience with this guy when I complained about some Neovest's softly speaking "shortcomings" he said that I have unrealistic expectations and stopped answering to me. Thanks to God there is another guy in Atlanta he is a head of Neovest's sales there who took care of me and straitened everything out. My conclusion is that in every firm you can always find a man of deeds who you can work with and of course there are some who do not care about customers.
