Learrning How To Use Excel

Quote from WarEagle:

If you plan to use VBA in your sheets, a great book is "Excel 2002 Power Programming with VBA" by John Walkenbach. He also has some basic books for Excel too.

I have looked through Ebay and you can buy the Ebook of the book mentioned by Wareagle for $6.00,a useful bit of info for anyone thinking about buying it.

Thanks for the heads-up on that.

However, considering it has almost 1000 pages you may want to spend the $35 at Amazon to get the hardcopy. I use it now more as a reference guide, so I am usually looking things up rather than reading each chapter in order. That is a royal pain to do in a pdf file. Plus, the book comes with a cd full of great example code that I have made use of.

Hi Inandlong,

there's a file at xltraders, the Yahoo group dedicated to building trading systems in Excel, that has ADX coded.

Go here:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/xltraders/

Click on "Files"

Click on the file folder called "Indicators"

Download the zip file called "Indicators.zip

Good luck,

chaos
