Is it possible to set up a paper trade account at IB without any deposits ? Even If I deposit some money, I'll not be trading, and there seems to be an inactivity fee. I need to learn/familiarize myself with their setup.

If I am an LLC, am I a Professional account ? Is it more expensive for professionals ?

If your an LLC you will pay more for live market data. You won't qualify for non-professional. I believe they have a minimum to open an account of $10K. I did that to check it out. I payed for some futures data which was only $1. I don't think you can open the program without any data. Everything else was delayed.

In my opinion, its a good retail platform. I like other platforms better for my trading.
