I had a big loss last Thursday. Took Friday off. Then had sushi (flown in from Japan!). I treat myself to nice things to counteract the depression/frustration. And I know this sounds weird, but I super brush my teeth, shave, shower, massage, etc.
To let the Universe know, YOU CAN'T FUCK WITH ME.
The rest of the time, I am following Tom Brady's boring ass diet, and get 9 hours of sleep, etc. Google it!
O-Toro flown in from Japan does WONDERS!!!

Appreciate your input.Taking losses in trading means accepting them as a natural part of the game, understanding that they often cannot be avoided. Practice involves creating clear exit strategies, sticking to them, and assessing each setback to learn lessons without getting caught up in the moment. To effectively manage the markets, one has to accept risk management while keeping a disciplined mindset.
But I worry about the Japanese sushi part. Depends on where in Japan were they from. Avoid those caught around Fukushima if I were you.

Day trading for a free Big Mac is big enough for me.
