Call to have a laugh, and please tell us what they told ya!
I would call it for the laugh but then they would earmark my number for ruthless exploitation.
Imagine the waves of calls from product sales men selling the guaranteed $1000 a day system.

With just a few minutes of searching, I learned that X Factor Trading Systems is an assumed name for Phoenix Capital Management, LLC. The principal is Christopher Tolmacs.
He is a former broker who has been barred by FINRA:

When you search for a phone number using Google, you need to put the phone number in quotes. If you don't, you get lots of search results that have only part of the phone number, and the useful results get buried.
And you need to try the search with different types of punctuation, because there is no universal format, even within the USA. For example, you have to search for:
"(269) 906-2139" and
"269-906-2139" and
"269.906.2139"
