You guys are a giant, why don't you use your voice to lobby the CME to create a BTC e-Micro contract. Just do a survey among your BTC trading clients to see if traders are interested and send the results to the CME. They will listen. More liquidity = more trading = more commissions = win, win, win.
 
I hear you that most ET users are US based thus the exchanges listed here are outside of their reach.
As for the BTC contract size, I can't get into that.
 
How is the word "best" defined and what measurements of what systems were done to compare it in such a manner as to substantiate "best" of anything? Ninja Vendor guidelines do not allow the use of such words in describing products, goods and services.
