This is just recognizing the geographic realty that Jerusalem is the center of Israel. They have every right to claim it, in whole.

I said "most" of the inhabitants and there were several different distinct nations/peoples not just one.

The Bible does not say they took "ALL" the unmarried women and children but Israel did sin by intermarrying which they were told specifically not to do. They are still suffering from that one.

The Bablyonians and the Medes/Persians either killed or relocated almost everyone that was someone. Artaxerxes commissioned the rebuilding of Jerusalem, 445 BC?, where they found a small remnant of Jews but the vast, vast majority all returned from exile.

The Romans were famous for the forced relocation of conquered people. It quelled rebellions and forced a melting pot effect in the outlying regions.

The Romans sacked and destroyed Jerusalem in 63 AD. The Jews were dispersed throughout the region until they returned in 1947

Sorry but there's a vast difference between Jew and Gentile.

Fine. You be right about that, ALMOST all of the inhabitants were annihilated. It still doesn’t change the point about ancestry and the Palestinians.

What if Canada recognized Washington DC as the capital of the Cherokee nation? Do you think Donald Trump would be cool with that?
