Homeless people cost more in policing and health care costs than it would to house them.
Weird right, it's cheaper to send people to university than to send them to prison.
Problem is, some of those that would get sent to the University might become politicians and that would indeed become expensive.
Small time thieves go into robbing banks, big time thieves go into banking or politics
