Well how else would you run it? Have the WashPost determine guilt or innocence?
McCabe should be sent to prison to send a very clear message to FBI agents of the perils of stepping over the line. His real crimes involved whitewashing the Clinton scandals, so he is actually getting off easy if this is all he is charged on.
For the same reasons, it is crucial that someone independent look into Comey's actions. The basic principle is that we are not going to tolerate the FBI and CIA meddling in politics. If the Director is put in an untenable position, as Loretta Lynch did Comey, his principled course of action is to resign and go to congress. Comey did the opposite. He went along and said nothing to congress. Anyone can see the investigation of Clinton was not handled competently. The question is why not? It's pretty obvious politics is the answer, and that is what official corruption is all about.

The point is we don't know how or that life evolved from non life. Its a very cutting edge scientific issue. So while are you acting like his ignorant to follow science instead of leftist montras.

2. I have posted links to thousands of papers... you found one of them that I agreed should not have been called peer reviewed by the article I quoted. While the paper cited peers who reviewed it... it was not published in a peer reviewed journal so I agreed that it was mis labeled peer reviewed. So the hell what. I have posted hundreds of other papers and links to over a thousand. Not every paper will be perfect. Don't forget you cited papers in a fraudulent pay for publication journal.

We will see if the IG identifies any more deficiencies in the FBI's conduct during the Clinton investigation. I am going to guess that he will be identifying some garbage in/garbage out that you will not want to see but you know that and will be ready to go with your spin. You know about Horowitz right? One of the mob trying to go after innocent investigators.
By the way, I see that Andy has hired a former IG as his defense counsel. And his attorney's rap is that previous fbi perjury referrals have involved crime investigations, not just lying during employment matters as Andy allegedly did. So he predicts that the prosecutor who has received the referral will not prosecute after reviewing that. Heh, good luck wit dat. That's some fourth rate bullshit right there and he will need to up his game. Horowitz was interviewing McCabe about the crime of leaking confidential FBI information to the press, and then lying about it. But if that's what you got, go with it.
Also, there are probably other crimes identified in his next report so he will need lots more spin to get through that. But he is lawyered up which is the right thing to do when you are facing prosecution- which he is.
No. Horowitz did not identify deficiencies DURING the Clinton investigation against McCabe in the report he released. Nice try.
