You can see below by August of 2021 those who had their second shot in January of 2021 were seeing breakthrough rates of 50 do 74 percent depending on their age group.
This is a data set from Isreal. A far more useful data set than the incomplete and inadequate data the CDC releases.

First let me say that I have not found the first chart in a search of ABC online and you still have not provided the url. Nevertheless let's discuss the first chart in your earlier post which shows raw numbers rather than percentages of vaccinated breakthrough cases.
- Wide-scale availability of Covid vaccination in the U.S. started in April. This means that the bulk of the population could not be considered fully vaccinated with two doses until mid-year.
- Mid-year in 2021 the majority of U.S. communities and states dropped precautions such as masks, social distancing, etc. -- this allowed wide-scale spread of Covid starting in the summer.
- The Delta variant was three times as infectious as previous variants.
Now lets discuss your chart above which show vaccinated breakthrough cases per 100,000 by month of second vaccination in Israel. The first thing to note about this chart is that it shows vaccination breakthrough rate based on the date of the second dose. The scale on the left is not percentage, it is the number of breakthrough cases per 100,000 people. Your claim based on the chart that there is a vaccinated breakthrough rate of "50 to 74 percent depending on their age group" is absurd. It is time you took a better look at the chart and understood the scale.
Note the peak value is 84 cases per 100,000 in January which is a breakthrough rate of 0.084%. Even if you cumulatively add the values of each month -- the total value is well below 0.5%. This chart only serves to prove my point that the overall vaccinated breakthrough rate is in or around 0.5% at most during the Delta time period. Of course, the figures I cite involve millions of people across many countries --- based on large data sets provided by many national health agencies and outlined in dozens of studies at this point.
It is interesting that the commentary at your link about the above chart states that the information shows the importance of getting a booster. It is true that Covid vaccine effectiveness wanes over time. The chart is being presented to reinforce this point -- if you want to be safe then get boosted. Even with Omicron BA.5 the unvaccinated are dying at 9 times the rate of the vaccinated.

Natural Infection is superior and lasts longer than the covid vaccines vs severe infection
Natural Infection offers 97.3 Percent protection against severe Covid irrespective of Variant.
Covid vaccines do offer strong and some what durable protection against severe Covid just not as good as natural infection.
"Effectiveness of primary infection against severe, critical, or fatal COVID-19 reinfection was 97.3% (95% CI: 94.9- 98.6%), irrespective of the variant of primary infection or reinfection, and with no evidence for waning. Similar results were found in sub-group analyses for those ≥50 years of age."
CONCLUSIONS Protection of natural infection against reinfection wanes and may diminish within a few years. Viral immune evasion accelerates this waning. Protection against severe reinfection remains very strong, with no evidence for waning, irrespective of variant, for over 14 months after primary infection.

So you found one pay-to-play non-peer reviewed paper --- yet there are a large number of studies (which I have posted) and government statistics showing there effectively no natural immunity against Omicron -- reinfections are common and easily can happen within a few weeks. In fact the longest period for "natural immunity" has been reduced to 28 days on "vaccine passports" from 90 days due to Omicron in most countries which allow recovery from infection to count as immunity in a passport (rather than vaccination). Shortly this will be stopped as well and only vaccination will count towards being considered "immune" for "passports"-- because this is what the science shows.
While having a previous Covid infection may protect against severe illness for a period of up to 16 months (which is what the paper and others is attempting to state effectively) -- there is minimal evidence that prior natural infection stops re-infection (so called "natural immunity"). To be fair the current vaccines are also not very effective in stopping infection with Omicron (at a mere 12% effectiveness with BA.5)-- but this will change with the introduction Omicron specific boosters in the fall.
Bottom line still is that the unvaccinated are nine more times likely to die with Omicron BA.5.
