That is really a dumb question. That is not a real question right?Why would OSHA record vaccination side effects -- this is the job of the CDC.
Even for existing vaccinations (MMR, etc.) this is the job of the CDC and not OSHA... In what alternate reality would OSHA be expected to record vaccine side-effects for workplaces.

The below statement from OSHA is insanely easy to understand. Do you not understand it?
