Nor where Pharmacokinetic studies done on most other vaccines as a requirement for approval -- as noted in the documentation they are not considered to be a requirement or needed for vaccine approval. Yet many biodistribution studies have been done over time --- just not included in paperwork for approval since it is not required. Typically Pharmacokinetic studies are only required for approval submission for particular types of drugs.
Explain to me why a pharma company would include studies in their submission paperwork for approval which are not required -- it would simply serve to confuse the regulators.

So you are pushing the Japanese study and chart which has been pushed by anti-vaxxers as they make many false claims about biodistribution and the COVID vaccines. Even the Japanese regulators stated the study & this chart shows there are no issues with the vaccines. The article I posted early on this thread today discusses the mis-interpretation by anti-vaxxers of the Japanese information in detail.
