The U.K. strain “doesn’t seem to have mutated the surface proteins of the virus in a way that they would slip past our vaccines or prior immunity. In fact, we don’t think that that’s the case,” Dr. Scott Gottlieb told CNBC’s “Squawk Box.” “But what this does suggest is that eventually this vaccine probably will evolve its surface proteins in a way that they won’t be recognized by the antibodies we have right now, and we will have to update our vaccines.”
Gottlieb said the Covid virus did not seem to be mutating its proteins as rapidly as the seasonal flu and estimated that vaccines would need to be updated about every three years.

Mutating virus is just laying the groundwork for extended shutdowns and various mandates on behavior. Anyone thinking we're ever going back to some pre Covid life is being naive. There are going to be new rules, lots and lots of new rules. Dictators like that, and the whole rule by decree policy is a very addictive drug to all the wanna be Kings and Queens. They won't give that up without a fight.

People over 60 have thus far been excluded from Russia’s national inoculation programme, as the shot was tested on this age group separately.

There are no or limited amount of data from the use of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2. Animal reproductive toxicity studies have not been completed. COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 is not recommended during pregnancy.
For women of childbearing age, pregnancy should be excluded before vaccination. In addition, women of childbearing age should be advised to avoid pregnancy for at least 2 months after their second dose.
Breast-feeding
It is unknown whether COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 is excreted in human milk. A risk to the newborns/infants cannot be excluded. COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 should not be used during breast-feeding.

I will note that UPS and FedEx both have stepped up to deliver vaccines in the U.S. At first they offered air transport only then they offered truck transport. The key problem facing both companies being the large volume of holiday package deliveries they have to contend with in December. January looks much better for their continued and enhanced involvement in vaccine distribution.
There have been multiple articles and media reports covering the involvement of UPS and FedEx over the past week or so. It is good to see these logistic giants involved in the distribution process.
