Last Hope... Faithless Electors

I think it is important once again to differentiate the difference between Voting Fraud and Electoral Fraud. "Voting Security" protects against Electoral Fraud involving the voting processes, campaigns, election workers and systems; it does nothing in protecting against Voting Fraud which is perpetuated by individuals. Having the "most secure" election only is a statement about reduction of Electoral Fraud.

Let's go to the legal definitions of Voting Fraud and Electoral Fraud.

What Is Voter Fraud?
"Voter fraud" is the illegal behavior of individual voters, such as:

    • Duplicate voting: when someone impersonates another voter to vote twice
    • Vote selling: when a voter offers to vote a certain way for pay
    • A non-citizen voting in an election when they do not have a right to vote
    • A felon voting in an election before they have a right to do so
    • Voting in a district where the voter does not (or no longer) lives
What Is Electoral Fraud?
"Electoral fraud" or "election fraud" is illegal interference with the process of an election. Examples of electoral fraud can include:

    • Campaign or agency workers throwing away voter registration cards
    • Vote buying: when a campaign offers money for votes
    • Workers or volunteers forging signatures on a petition to get an issue or person on a ballot
    • Ballot harvesting: when a person or agency or campaign workers collect absentee or mail-in ballots to submit them (which provides an opportunity to change the vote or fail to submit the ballot for counting)
    • Robocall campaigns spreading misinformation about election dates, polling locations, or other election-related information in order to prevent some voters from voting
    • Illegal activity related to the counting and certification of election results, such as claims that some voting machines are changing votes
    • Violations of campaign finance laws (failing to report campaign donations or sources as required by law, or donating more than is allowed)

The bigger question is 'What is fraud?'

Well thats simple.

Fraud = GWB-Trading

This is the next level. Whats next, after losing his right eye bravely sending his interpreter ahead to check for tripwires, he loses the left eye in some accident involving a girl scout doused in toxic waste and becomes Daredevil? OMG...

Problem is I'm 6'6", nearly 300 pounds and I own my own forge (with no power hammer). I could end him with a fart in a car. He does not look tough to me ;) He looks 5'9"? if that?

He has the mall ninja vote for sure.

Crenshaw is a decorated (Bronze star, Purple heart) Navy Seal. I’m ashamed of you, attack the man’s politics but don’t ridicule his service. I’d have to check but I’m sure you’re on record criticizing Trump for his bouts with McCain.

And way to go to the rest of your dickless liberal friends for not calling out your hypocrisy.

I have a nose for cunt, I knew about this before I posted yesterday FYI. As well as buying his condoms in the children's section, I just checked, my eye is good, he is officially 5'8" and 148 lbs (heavier than that now mind you with fat), the tale below seems very likely. His bio mentioned that it was "one of his interpreters" who took the blast for him after stepping on a pressure plate. I know, very circumstantial but I've heard of this kind of thing.

One always needs to be suspicious of the moral character of anyone who wants to be a politician in America and of course, could support cult leader Trump.

Veterans Call on Dan Crenshaw to Resign for Alleged Role in Disparaging Female Vet

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Congress
At least two veterans groups, along with more than a thousand individual former service members and Department of Defense civilians, have called for the resignation of Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) over his alleged role in helping a top Trump administration official collect discrediting information about a female veteran who said she was sexually assaulted.

Common Defense, a progressive veterans group, joined the likes of the left-leaning organization Vote Vets on Wednesday in calling for the first-term lawmaker to step aside after an independent government watchdog report said he tried to disparage the victim, Andrea Goldstein, by feeding information to Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert Wilkie that could disparage her reputation.

Crenshaw, a former Navy SEAL, and Goldstein, a Navy veteran, at one point served in the same command unit together.

"As a veteran, Dan Crenshaw swore the same oath we did to protect the Constitution, yet in Congress, he's doing the exact opposite, enabling Trump and now, silencing and smearing his fellow veterans," Common Defense said in a statement. "It's clear: Dan Crenshaw is not morally fit to be a member of the House of Representatives."

Newsweek subscription offers >
The push comes as Vote Vets and hundreds of individual veterans have also said Crenshaw should vacate his office.

A nearly yearlong investigation by the VA inspector general (IG) released last week showed an orchestrated effort by Wilkie, a Trump appointee, to collect dirt on Goldstein that could discredit her claim that a man sexually assaulted her at a VA facility in September 2019. Crenshaw told Wilkie that Goldstein has made past frivolous sexual assault allegations in the Navy, Wilkie's top deputies told investigators, an allegation that Crenshaw has vehemently denied.

Common Defense described Crenshaw's alleged actions as "unethical and dishonorable," adding that they were "only the latest example" of how Crenshaw "has failed to serve his constituents and country with honor and integrity."

Newsweek subscription offers >
"As an elected member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Dan Crenshaw has failed to act in a manner that reflects credibly on the House and has broken the public trust necessary to represent his constituents and fellow veterans," the statement added.

Crenshaw's communication director, Justin Discigil, provided the same statement to Newsweek that it did earlier this week when two of Crenshaw's Democratic veteran colleagues—Reps. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.) and Jason Crow (D-Colo.)—called for a congressional ethics probe into the Republican.

"This is a completely fabricated narrative that has no truth to it. Rep. Crenshaw never participated in a 'smear campaign,' as he has said repeatedly," Discigil said. "Any claim to the contrary is a slanderous political attack and nothing more."

Crenshaw later issued a string of tweets, denying that he had any role and said he has the "utmost respect for fellow veterans and especially the challenges that many female veterans face."

"I will not stand by and have my good name and reputation tarnished by this partisan hack job," Crenshaw continued. "I would never assume, without evidence, that a fellow-veteran's claims are untrue, nor would I attempt to involve myself in any ongoing investigation."

This is partisan garbage, and typical of the left’s reliance on narrative-building over facts.

As I have stated repeatedly and unequivocally, I have never participated in a “smear campaign” against anyone, much less a fellow veteran.

The IG report also said that Wilkie and his senior officials worked to erode Goldstein's reputation both within the VA and to the press by funneling potentially damaging information to reporters. The report labeled actions by Wilkie, his top aides and Crenshaw as "unprofessional and disparaging."

Goldstein is a staffer for House Veterans Affairs Committee Chairman Mark Takano (D-Calif.), which led Wilkie and Crenshaw to claim her sexual assault allegations were part of a Democratic plot against the men.

Wilkie has denied any wrongdoing. The report concluded that no criminal evidence was found for either Wilkie or Crenshaw, but the internal watchdog noted that it could not fully investigate because the two men refused to cooperate. Crenshaw would not speak with the IG while Wilkie declined follow-up interviews.

More than a dozen veteran groups and lawmakers, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), have demanded Wilkie's resignation.

In less than 24 hours, more than a thousand individual veterans have also signed onto an open letter for Crenshaw's resignation spearheaded by Elisa Cardnell, a veteran who ran in the Democratic primary earlier this year in Crenshaw's district.

"She is always trying her best to stay relevant, but this is pretty desperate even for her," Discigil said of Cardnell.

Cardnell told Newsweek that the IG report detailing Crenshaw's role was not surprising because it's a "pattern for Dan Crenshaw to disparage women." The former Democratic candidate said she's had to report past threats from Crenshaw supporters when he offered online criticism of her.

"For [Crenshaw] to make those attacks on a woman, a fellow veteran, in response to being accused of ensnarling the reputation of yet another woman veteran is very telling," Cardnell said.

You’re this year’s winner of ET’s Narcissus award. The only thing bigger than your 300 pound fat ass is your grandiose self-perception.

Fuckoff you’re inferring some type of cowardice on Crenshaw because he felt the landmine was meant for him and his interpreter took the hit.

The reason why you have a nose for cunt is because you keep smelling yourself.

I’m done with your dumbass.

@Wallet following above, *I would add McCain (a Republican) was not well regarded for leaving his first wife the way he did and the carrier fire thing.. Admiral's son, its the real world. Personally I don't like what I read of it with the wife but I also know he will have had psych issues from his captivity and was relatively young. I also know you will look at that article as a smear campaign and immediately disregard it, its existence probably making you like Crenshaw more. That he could be friends with Lindsay Graham worries me about his judgement a bit but others held him in regard bipartisan.

As you are more bog standard typical of what sorry state passes for conservative thinking these days (used to be Democrats in this role back in the historical day).. You should try and form an opinion, maybe call and ask some of the Crenshaw accusers? You can never KNOW but traders must make calls on incomplete info all the time.

You see me mention Trump and the witness supported 13 years old virgin rape allegation facilitated by Epstein when Trump was 48 and Ivanka 13.

I stick to my guns on that very strongly beyond my belief that OF COURSE HE DID HE IS A MALIGNANT NARCISSIST AND WAS EPSTEIN'S FRIEND & NEIGHBOR IN TWO CITIES. Epstein's while "I only work with billionaires" was the perfect bait for Trump.

That's enough for some but now it does not matter, I'll tell ya. I and a lady friend in the US (who worked for the administration of the mayor of building 7 and the guy before) dug into this a little. She spoke to somebody who had personal knowledge of the accuser. She said the lady was very flaky (no surprise for abused childhood girls) but... she believed she believed her own story and believed the corroborating witness.

So dig maybe Wallet? You need to dig or will find yourself very deep anyway. (this is a joke, saw it and though of our little discussions on faith).

Just to note, being 5'8" 148 lbs is not an embarrassment in special forces, its the gun that kills but as a white guy, you would rather be a bit bigger?

Dan Crenshaw dug him a hole with this one. He needed to stay out of an issue like this and allow the proper investigation to go its course without taking sides.

Crenshaw piled in with Wilke etc. The IG report named Crenshaw.

@Wallet our 6'8" ostrich from Oklahoma has his head buried again.

This seems to detail his involvement and its very classic denial and more lies to cover politics.
