Las Vegas Sands (LVS)

STFU. Your massive postings don't make you a good trader because you spend more time posting worthless messages than trading.

Quote from Port1385:

A stock doesnt sell from 80 to 2 without a distinct chance of becoming insolvent. I wouldnt be surprised to see this one trading at 25 cents by the end of the year.

Well it's nice to know that the CEO and I both think alike :D

I just got back from a Vegas trip to check up on how things are doing for LVS. I stayed at the Palazzo for four days and the place was slammed the entire time, as was the Venetian. We even had trouble getting room service because they were so busy.

On Monday, my flight didn't leave until 4:50PM so I called the front desk for a late checkout, and the reply was "No, I'm sorry sir. We are fully booked today so we aren't able to offer late checkouts."

I said, "You mean to tell me you're at max capacity on a Monday?" and the guy said "Yep!".

So from what I could see, LVS is making money, and lots of it. :D

Hopefully, the multi-million share purchase by the CEO this afternoon will give the stock a good boost tomorrow.

enough with the boring stuff. how did the cocktail waitresses look? :)

haha ! LVS is going over 5 minimum.

adelson's 56 million dollar bet on his company is huge, not to mention the additional bets made by other insiders.

when the house bets and bets with a vengeance, I follow.

Even though Cramer didn't like LVS at $2.50 last month and said that the casino business "would take years to come back", he said last night that the casinos are looking better and have now "turned around". He didn't call them a "buy, buy, buy" but when he does, it will be a great time to sell.

Just waiting patiently for his signal :D
