Larry Williams' new book

Larry Williams' recently came out with a new book entitled, "The Right Stock at the Right Time."

I was wondering if anyone has read it?
 
Let me see if today is wed and the 30 year was up four out of the last seven days buy at 9:45 and sell at 14:45 unless you are in the 3rd or sixth month and then hold overnight unless it is a presidential election year.

I haven't read the book and perhaps it really is good but I suspect it is the same stuff datamined b.s. he wrote 20 years ago.
