Larry Lavin book 'How I Made 1.9 Million...'

now i feel that i'm even more "entitled" to write the book. i have no problem describing how exactly i made 2M trading stocks. cause it's ain't working any more :p
 
I saw that book. As I recall, it said absolutely nothing about his trading methods. No rules of entry, exit, or money management. Nada. Just a lot of psychological bunk. Here's a more detailed set of rules on how to make $1.9 million:

Sell 64,000 books about how to make $1.9 million for 29.70 each.

I think it would be an interesting project to write a book similar to Market Wizards, but instead write a book on Market Phonies. Does anybody have the contact info of Mr. Schwager? I would like to contact him to see if he's interested on this project.

Larry LEVIN made most of his money ARBING the big SP with the EMINI; a strategy that is very difficult today to execute.

Mostly, it seems, he makes money by selling noobs trader education which costs anywhere from $500 - $5,000.

No, I'm not kidding.

To his credit, I like his irreverent stance on things like QE and government meddling in the free markets.

..But I wouldn't look to him on HOW to make money trading futures. You're better off beginning your journey to accrue 10,000 hours watching live MARKET ACTION with no indicators or oscillators.

Use candlesticks & look for support/resistance levels.

This is a very good start.


OH YEA, don't risk any money until you're successful on a simulator.
