LAPTOP- Off the Shelf for Trading- preferably 15 inch Max

Sit straight on the chair, described above, in front of your keyboard. Then rest your hands, where your index fingers touch F & J.

Then move your forearm away from the keyboard to the right, holding your back straight, until your forearm is perpendicular to your chest. This where your mouse (and mouse pad with wrist support) should rest. It varies from person to person, but this ensures your right arm (and shoulder) are fine.

If you are left handed, just do the same, but on the other side. If you are broad shouldered like me, this really helps.
Does the Chair come out of the laptop some how ?, I do not use a chair I stand all day at a stand desk.. so forget the the chair stuff.

Heh, my Asus laptop has a touch screen and I do not use it, because I am a mouse guy. The one niggling bit about it is when I want to wipe off a piece of fuzz or whatever on the screen when I notice it. Desktop goes nuts. I never looked into disabling the touch-screen feature because it's not much of a bother, but reminded me of that funny bit.
Another great reason not to have touch screen, thanks for the insight ....

Oh, that's cool. I used to have a motorized desk that went up, and down, and then I gave in to the chair.

I know friends who have a treadmill under their desk, and they walk all morning long. And back in the day, some sat on stability balls...
