Laptop Hinge Broken

My sony Vaio Laptop Hinge is broken. I would like to know if anyone has an information on how to get a new laptop Hinge. Also I feel the laptop hinge is purposely Made to break by the manufacturer after 1400 opens/closes of the laptop which is a conspiracy of the manufacturer for increased revenue. Thanx guys

Do a search on Ebay for the same model of laptop and add the word "parts" or "repair" to your search.

Take the good hinge out of the broken laptop to repair your working laptop plus you have it for other spare parts you might need later.
