Laptop CPU comparison

I'm looking at two nearly identical low end laptops:

1) Celeron M 540(1.84GHz), FSB 533MHz, 1 MB L2 Cache.

2) Core 2 Duo T5250(1.5GHz, FSB 667MHz, 2MB L2 Cache($100 more).

The latter seems like it might offer the best performance, given the dual core and other stats, but thought I would ask you ET'ers before proceeding. Thanks.

Celerons are actually pretty good. However, the C2Ds have outclassed all that came before.... and they're still getting better.
