This may be platform specific, as I rarely look at a ladder. But this one I was always curious about. In this example, this is MetaTrader5.
Here is an entry and exit I made a short while ago on MNQ Sep.
The red box was my entry to buy the long, and the green box was my exit to sell the long. They were both limit orders.
So my buy order was listed as selling to someone, and my sell order was listed as buying from someone? What would those show as on someone else's screen, who is not involved in the order, like mine with all the other trades there?
Basically, why are they reversed on the screen? Would the person on the other side of the buy order I made (which shows to me as a sell) see it as a buy at 9287.25?
