What I don't understand is how Dominion also flipped the votes during the hand recount in Georgia. If the system systematically flipped votes one would expect this to be discovered during the hand recount, yet somehow this system is so advanced it found a way around.

According to the flat-earth website I just visited Giuliano is in the process of collecting evidence on this obvious additional layer of fraud though, so we will hear about it soon.

Yep----Basically the Dominion voting machine that uses Smartmatic software prints a ballot that is unable to be read by the voter. These flipped votes are unable to be detected by a recount as there is a ballot to be looked at. It doesn't matter whether or not it's the ballot that the voter cast. We must fight on to make certain that this corruption and fraud is exposed.

What we need is a ballot by ballot audit with a Republican, Democrat, election official going over every ballot. No objection goes into OK pile. Ballots with objections from both sides needs to be set aside and decided on later. Recount all ballots without objections manually. Nobody wants any of those Dominion Systems counting the votes when they switch votes? All counties with Dominion Systems voting machines needs to have every ballot audited.
