Au revoir, nouveau riche! Los Angeles is turning right back into what every 1991-1994 "growing up in the hood" movie was about.

during a slump in the Los Angeles housing market."
at the end of tonight's show - first aired Nov 16/2009 - one of agents closed a $6M deal
and made $150K commission. while sellers are taking the hit and sales may be slow,
these guys when they do sell are making lots of bucks
