The lawyer seems like somebody with common sense. Not a political hack like most people commenting on this case.

First I would say that where I'm from, a large city, a black shooter would be about half-screwed before he ever walked into the courtroom unless he was the Juice or something. Yeah, but the prosecutor won't file charges. In multiple cases of Asians being beaten down by blacks, a number of the cases, the prosecutor just dropped the cases without rhyme and reason. The Asian victims having been victimized a 2nd time. Now, I have mixed feelings being an Asian myself but, a huge number of Asians overwhelmingly, vote Democrat so, they are encouraging being discriminated against and too dumb to see the forest for the trees. Only now, are they raising the questions of discrimination in admissions against Harvard, Yale and other elite schools run by extreme liberals who happen to also, be Democrats. Such discrimination has been happening for atleast, the past 10 years and no Asians complained even then.

Not only Kyle Rittenhouse, if he were black, not been charged at all, he would never be charged 5 different felonies which could have sent him in prison for life. They were really out to get Kyle Rittenhouse. The same scenario with Mike Brown in Ferguson, Missouri shot to death by Officer Darren Wilson in justifiable self-defense after Mike Brown resisted arrest and was banging the officer's head on the pavement. The officer sustained multiple injuries to the head and shoulder area yet, Eric Holder then, at the direction of Barack Obama tried to throw the book at Darren Wilson. They could not find anything to charge him though. Darren Wilson had to move elsehwhere as his life and that of his family was threatened by BLM thugs.
