I'd guess that no one does yet since he says the program opens sometime in April I think.

Im not sure how all of the advertising rules and laws playout, but as a general rule running commodities is not the same as running stocks.

Typically so long as you have under $400,000 and less then 15 investors you are exempt from NFA and CFTC registration.
