Yes, 64% should always be a failing grade. Now days it doesn't even matter what grade you get as long as you participate, you get a passing grade. It makes everybody feel so good about themselves!

Good thing for J+J thier vaccine is not 64% effective. Good thing for them + US gov its about 66.6% effective. BUT since the snowstorm of FEB 14 stopped vaccine deliveries /most likely the US virus has herd immunity
