Kudos to MMs

"The recent emerging market sell-off was the final tweet of the canary in the coal mine, according to Albert Edwards, Societe Generale's uber-bearish strategist, who now predicts a global recession with equity valuations dropping to their lowest levels in a generation....The ongoing EM (emerging market) debacle will be less contained than sub-prime ultimately proved to be," he said in a research note released on Thursday, warning that the markets face being trapped in "a Freddie Kruger-like nightmare."

The final tweet will be the eulogy of the shorts. Coming soon to a theater near you. Stay tuned. After they have blown their brains out(covered), and only then will the market break.

1742 a probable short-term bounce point. My initial target is 1642 -1650 where I will have a massive profit. Then I have some serious soul searching to do.

That's exactly the problem: you are trading with your soul. I can't even call it "trading" -- it's more like the ever-growing commitment to your short position with which you apparently fell in love.

It not the soul he is searching for at this point... It's the scratch to deal with the margin calls....

lol,

how can there be margin calls on a paper trade simply done to stir up chatter?

as i said before...there is not a "soul" alive even with FU money that would have ran this trade even 1/8 as long.

When does the soul searching start?

to remember MrShorty...

He was our dear friend, and his loss is a traumatic one, I know your pain!

But rather than dwell on the loss of this fine, fine poster, we must celebrate his short time with us.

In quick and effecient fashion, he shared with us his patience, his love and respect of women both as a gender and as individuals. He gave us great advice, and I for one shudder to think of a future without his sweet gentle guidance.

He loved us all equally, except for me....he loved me best of all. I can still hear his sweet words.*sigh* The emptiness is staggering.

How will we replace him?

Where can we find another man of his caliber?

WHY! WHY? do these dreadful things happen??

Oh, the tender words, the razor sharp wit, the kindness!

I invite you all to share your most fond memories of him....

and for the love of god, stop posting on the thread he started, it will make him smug.
