I don't have a problem with his trying, I just thought the post about Galileo et al, showed a disturbed mind, generally people who try to build perpetual motion machines believe the world is against them.
Markets are inherently uncertain and unpredictable, the EMH is a load of crap, but it does not change the fact that markets are not predictable. I accept that if someone succeeds in predicting them, then clearly I am wrong, but I won't hold my breath.
Also I was not criticizing Nitro, just commenting on his state of mind.
