Kudos to MMs

Out above trade at 1186.75 +1 3/4 in the middle of the night by the bot. I turned it off for opening new positions or I would have been short again from 1189.75 ES. I got to sleep sometime.

The overnight session was slightly negative PnL wise.
 
I confused myself. There is no edge here, and there is no noise trade where I entered. out 9.50, -1.

It does suggest an improvement in the software though - why not have it suggest I am hallucinating?

Somehow, I read 1187 as 1177 in the above trade. I thought there was 10 edge! I was even thinking of putting on a swing trade on!

LOL. Shortie recommended an improvement where I post the spread and not absolute numbers long ago, when I made a similar mistake. I forgot. Done tonight 100 delta.

I'd suggest using the terms "premium" and "discount" instead of "edge". Then it becomes much more clear what you are doing, which is apparently selling premium and buying the discount. The term "edge" is normally understood as "competitive advantage" in the trading world. In your case, it oscillates around zero, which makes it sound like you have no competitive advantage at all.

this should be in the journal section as mentioned before, by having the thread under the trading section at the top well..........people will see it and comment. If this is just for you why not have a file at home, galileo?
