I should have been more careful. I mean > + 7, and < -7. In other words, the > should be flipped on negative numbers to <. People probably understood what I meant anyway.

Breakout of 1105 by both NFV and SPX. Problem is there is no edge to take the breakout.

It means you sit on your hands, by definition.

No edge means, if you trade with no edge you are flipping a coin when trading, otherwise known as gambling.

"NFV" ~1104, so there is short edge from yesterdays close. However, futures are already moving towards "NFV". You needed to trade the overnight session to get this edge.
