Kudos - Active Tick is making some moves

I have been trying to get some information from ActiveTick for days now, and I haven't received any response. I saw that their live support was available after the market hours, but it always gave me a "busy, leave a message" response.

Are those using ActiveTick still satisfied? Do they have an API demo to try out before purchasing a monthly plan?

No. There is no demo to try out before purchasing. I will not recommend it to anyone before the support of CME future data. Besides, their custom support also sucks.
 
ActiveTick report ALL trades reported to the tape. However, they don't provide any indication of trades that were later cancelled (eg think flash crash).
