Kudlow: Trump may make announcements on next day or two on reopening

The people here pounding the table to open up businesses and saying this is overblown are definitely not in the NYC/tri state area.

There’s probably more Doctors, nurses, other frontline workers dead from Covid in this area than total deaths in entire states.

NYC and north jersey hospitals don’t even have the facilities to store the amount of bodies.
NYC was discussing doing a giant mass grave for the hundreds of unclaimed bodies at city morgues.

So if you live someplace that got off easy, just chill out on the “it’s an overblown flu” bullshit please.

ROFLMAO Biden???? Trump has done all the Republic will let him. If social distancing works as the liberals say the TOTAL social distancing would work better. Shut the country down for 6 weeks. Close the markets. I'd give up my liberty for 6 weeks. I don't have to trade for 6 weeks. Put the military in the streets. Make these rebellious Americans keep their asses at home. The Republic was founded on rebellion and it runs deep in Americans veins. So, I guess they will just have to die from Corona and die as rebels because most people in my neck of the woods are not obeying the rules voluntarily. Nor do many seem to believe it is a threat even though people are dropping like flies around us. And doctors and nurses are risking their lives, not to mention truckers and grocery store people.

It is hilarious. Democrats are for big government run from DC but when Mr T wants to order the Governors around all of a sudden they become states rights fighters. Only total shutdown is gonna give us the break we need or this thing is gonna drag on until winter and get worse. This incremental BS shutdown is not working and will not work. Many more are going to die.

SHUT THE COUNTRY DOWN! MANDATORY! Any dipstick can see that is what is needed.

I disagree with Mr T. The country does not need to get back to work. It needs to shut down! We gotta give ourselves a chance to beat this thing.

PS China was/is a Republic (well at least they call themselves one) and they welded people's doors shut to keep their asses inside and not out on the streets.

And the typical hospital morgue capacity is?

They always call for refrigerators when something happens. Probably need to go and volunteer at a hospital for a change. People are sent to die in hospices, hospital morgues are for ER and OR mostly. Average morgue capacity is 6-12. Do funeral homes function in NYC at all? Who pays?
 
Deaths due to Corona Virus are overstated. To what extent nobody can be too sure but it's a certainty that they are overstated. Hospitals get five times as much grant/gov money for a Corona death so any patient with the virus that dies, be it an auto accident or whatever, they get the Corona virus listed as part of the cause of death and then that is added to the metrics as if it was the sole cause...

LOL if anything they are understated. Many die at home that go unreported preferring to die around their loved ones as opposed to passing away in a hospital around strangers.
