Actually the S&P is down only around 6% so we have a bit more to go before a bottom. Thought we may get a bounce yesterday and we did but it came too early in the day and then the Country Wide story broke. I still say all we need for a strong bounce is a news free day.

Kudlow was doing the same ole thing, buy stocks america is great, all the way down to SP 900, eventually he was right. BUT YOU SURE DID NEED DEEP POCKETS TO KEEP BUYING ALL THE WAY DOWN.
In the end if you keep a bias towards the market long enough you will eventually be right.
