As stated before he is not allowed to send Title 13 (Names, SS #s, etc.) information via email. Let me also say that I doubt very much that committee members are provided with this information. If they were then it would have to be included in the meeting minutes as reference data (and it is not). All the Title 13 data is handled by government employees when it is forwarded by the states. Commission members advise, they do not hands-on touch the data or enact policy.
