Congress submitted a valid subpoena to the Department of Treasury for Biden transactions. But the DOJ/Biden Defense Team would not advise treasury to release and stonewalled. Result: Comer won in court.
Now this week. Congress issues a valid subpoena for a copy of the informants information or for the right to see it in a secure setting. But the FBI/DOJ/Biden Defense Team won't deliver. Now Comer is on his way to court - just as with Treasury- to get access. The outcome will, again, be in favor of Congress.
In addition the DOJ central office is directly intervening in the Hunter case and working a settlement, even though there is a special counsel assigned in Delaware to specifically deal with all things Hunter and the DOJ said they would always stay out of it.
